Cancellation Policy
1. BOOKING CONFIRMATION: By submitting a booking request through our website, you are securing your event date with us. This booking is considered a "soft hold", meaning the date and time are reserved but will not be fully confirmed until a formal contract is signed and a deposit is received. 2. DEPOSIT & PAYMENT: A 50% deposit is required to secure your event date. The deposit will be applied to the total cost of the services. Full payment details and any remaining balance will be outlined in the final contract. Please note that the booking is not fully confirmed until the deposit is paid and the contract is signed. 3. CANCELLATION POLICY: Clients may cancel their booking up to 30 days prior to the event for a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit, except in cases of force majeure or other extenuating circumstances, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. 4. CHANGES TO SERVICES: Any requested changes to the scope of services, such as extended hours or additional equipment, must be discussed and approved prior to the event. Additional fees may apply depending on the changes. These will be outlined in the final contract. 5. FORCE MAJEURE: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, accidents, or other force majeure events), both parties will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the event. If rescheduling is not possible, a refund or alternative resolution will be determined on a case-by-case basis. 6. FINAL CONTRACT: After the booking is submitted, we will send a formal contract detailing all service terms, costs, and additional conditions. This contract must be signed and returned within the specified time to fully confirm the booking. Failure to sign the contract may result in the loss of the reserved date.
